THIS LAND screening in San Francisco - October 20th, 2007
"This Land" is screening on Saturday, October 20th, 9:00pm, as the closing night film for San Francisco's CounterCorp Festival ("Putting an end to business as usual"). The film will be followed by a rare Q&A with some of the amazing people featured in the film, including Marc Kasky, whose fight against Nike went all the way to the Supreme Court, and Jan Edwards, whose group helped their town of Point Arena, CA pass a resolution abolishing corporate personhood. It's sure to be a great night.
